You can receive an FCC if you cancel a reservation for a cruise scheduled during a Public Health Emergency or must cancel because of a governmental travel restriction that prevents you from traveling to the vessel, but the cruise remains intact. In that case, you may be eligible for a free cancellation certificate.

You must present your verified positive COVID-19 test result in a form acceptable to Carnival if your COVID-19 test was administered by a provider not retained by Carnival.
