How To Cruise Cancel by Guest
You can receive an FCC if you cancel a reservation for a cruise scheduled during a Public Health Emergency or must cancel because of a governmental travel restriction that prevents you from traveling to the vessel, but the cruise remains intact. If you cancel your cruise any other way, the cancellation policy in your Ticket Contract will apply.
In the event that you, your family members living with you in the same household, or your traveling companions assigned to the same stateroom cancel a cruise booking due to testing positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of embarkation, you will receive a full refund. Suppose a guest is closely associated with a positive or suspected COVID-19 case within 14 days of embarkation, and Carnival determines that you are unfit to travel. In that case, you may be eligible for a free cancellation certificate.
You must present your verified positive COVID-19 test result in a form acceptable to Carnival if your COVID-19 test was administered by a provider not retained by Carnival.
